Hi, I’m Lavi,

I’m a counselling psychologist and I work with young adults and adults dealing with anxiety, overthinking, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, queer affirmative and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation, not an interrogation.

Many people come to therapy thinking something is wrong with them. But most of the time, they are just carrying too much alone.

Therapy is a space where we slowly understand your patterns, emotions, relationships, fears, and hopes, and help you build a life that feels more stable, meaningful, and emotionally safe.

And as Celine says in Before Sunrise: “If there's any kind of magic in this world, it must be in the attempt of understanding someone, sharing something.” This belief quietly guides my work, creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and gently understood.

A little about me beyond the therapy room: I love sunsets, the colour yellow, giving equal importance to both chai and coffee, lions, and unapologetically prioritising rest (because yes, rest is productive 💛). I also love travelling and exploring new places through food, people and stories.
